Dr. Jonni Redick is the Co-Founder and CEO of LeadershipHub Training Institute (LTI), a nonprofit advancing inclusive leadership and workforce development. A retired Assistant Chief with 29 years of public service, she brings senior executive experience in complex, high-accountability environments. Dr. Redick is an educator, consultant, and author known for translating leadership theory into practical, people-centered strategies that strengthen teams and build equitable talent pipelines. Through LTI, she partners with nonprofits, educational institutions, and employers to equip emerging and mid-career professionals—especially individuals from underserved communities—with the skills, confidence, and clarity to lead, advance, and create meaningful organizational change.
