Join us at West Valley Mall for the STAART Merchant Account Launch Luncheon (MALL)! The STAART Merchant dashboard is exclusively available to San Joaquin County businesses, allowing them to see and download reported incidents at their location. Reports submitted via the STAART app will go directly to the business, enabling them to file a more detailed report with the police department and District Attorney's office.
