The S.H.A.W. Bar provides a wide array of services mainly centered around nutrition. We are a Health and Wellness Bar that has taken a slight twist on your average juice bar. We have found a way to bring together all of the things' people love, in reference to food and drinks, and create a way for it to be healthy but tasty and giving the most benefits possible. Offering smoothies, coffee, teas, mocktails and specialty food items. Each item on our menu can be catered to your specific needs in regard to your health. Whether it's everyday immune health, digestion, inflammation, vaginal care, hair/skin/nails, vision, anxiety, mood, brain/memory/focus or you suffer from a specific disease. We have something for it all. Through natural herbs, vitamins, supplements and organic foods we will be sure to provide your body with what it needs!
