Joy Olivier
Joy Olivier is a local entrepreneur who learned early on in her career that she needed to Network with purpose in order to grow her business. When she started out Joy considered herself a wallflower and was extremely nervous every time she attended business mixers. Over the last 12 years she has been able to develop and master a Networking plan that other businesses can duplicate. She is excited to be able to share how to identify, build, and execute the business relationships that set you up for Referrals for Life. Joy has received awards for her businesses growth on the local, state and national level.

Graham Gaerlan
Graham credits his success in business greatly in part because of networking.  Starting his business in 2015, Graham understood early that strategic partnerships with other like-minded business owners would expand his resources to help his clients.  The power of effective referral marketing helped elevate Graham’s success, and is recognized today for his production nationally within his company and internationally in the industry.  The key to effective networking and getting consistent referrals is building quality relationships.  Graham believes that the trust others have of you is earned, and you have to nurture this by continuing to build on those relationships over time.  Graham enjoys his free time with his wife Michelle, and 4 children.  He coaches youth basketball and volunteers in his home town of Sacramento, CA.
