About Us
The brain child of local entrepreneurs Margaret Hurley and Julia Biscaia, College Real Estate, Inc. is a new venture into Stockton’s growing real estate and property management market, serving the greater Stockton area and Lodi. We have 22 years of experience in property management in Stockton. Our office is centrally located in the heart of Stockton, the Collegeview neighborhood, where both Julie and Margaret grew up, but College Real Estate, Inc. represents all areas of Stockton.
Margaret Hurley has been a real estate broker since 2000 and a licensee since 1996. She started her real estate career working for her mother, Norma Hurley at Norma Hurley Real Estate. Norma was an excellent mentor and taught Margaret the property management business, most importantly, the concept of treating your clients with honesty and integrity. Margaret brings 22 years of experience in all aspects of this business to College Real Estate, Inc. and is a dedicated professional.
Julia Biscaia also has several years of experience in the property management field. She is a versatile thinker and an excellent communicator. As a human resources manager she comes to this venture with so much more. Fair housing law and fair employment laws are very similar, and Julie has been able to utilize her knowledge of these laws to the benefit of the owners and tenants. Her degree in psychology and knowledge of business is an asset to our clients. Julie is currently working towards obtaining her real estate license.
