We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Business Travel Sales Manager to join our team at the newly renovated Hilton Stockton. As the only full-service hotel in the area our hotel has so much to offer guests and clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving corporate sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities to enhance our market presence in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Increase Revenue by bringing in new accounts and managing and expanding existing accounts.
- Establish a relationship with clients through sales visits, phone calls, promotions and entertainment (on and off property).
- Make sales calls and presentations to key accounts in key feeder cities and local markets.
- Maintain understanding and awareness of profitability of business travel prospects.
- Analyzing business travel needs and weighing those with respect of maximizing revenue to the Hilton Stockton.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress towards goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
