Curbside Recycling consisting of representative of public agencies\, private solid waste enterprises\, and environmental organizations that have expertise in recycling. Assembly member Eggman will discuss AB 1583 and other sustainable issues.\n\n\n\nIII Heidi Sanborn\, Executive Director-National Stewardship Action Council (20 minutes)\n\nThe National Stewardship Action Council (NSAC) is a network of committed proponents comprised of governments\, non-government organizations\, businesses\, and consumers who advocate that producers fairly share responsibility in a circular economy.\n\n\n\nNSAC supports Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) to conserve resources\, reduce costs to local governments\, create jobs in remanufacturing\, and provide a circular economy.
