About Us
Adjoin is a nonprofit organization supporting people across California. For 40 years we have helped people with Developmental Disabilities and Veterans find new opportunities and new pathways to achieve their personal vision of success and belonging. Services we provide in the Greater Stockton Area include Independent Living, Supported Living, Transportation, Crisis Response, Person-Centered Planning, and Self-Determination Supports.
